Metrics
There are countless qualitative and quantitative metrics that underline a successful program. Speed, strength, bodyweight, nutrition, mental wellness, and sleep quality are amongst the most commonly identified and tracked in sports training.
Tully allows you to define the metrics that matter most to you. For example, a coach we work with likes to keep it simple in his strength training. He tracks Bench Press, Back Squat, Clean, and Bodyweight. Another customer defined Hours Slept, the Functional Movement Screening (FMS), and a Nutrition Journal.
Measurements
After defining the metrics that are important to you, Tully creates an easy way to make measurements. Each athlete can easily submit their measurements when they take place, daily, weekly, whenever.
Tully makes measurements quickly, so athletes can get back to their training and coaches don't skip a beat.
Feedback
With measurements safely in our cloud database, Tully distributes feedback instantly. We focus on the little things while communicating only what it important. Feedback is aggregated per metric, per athlete, and per team – giving instant, digestible snapshots of training.
More importantly, the measurements are collected and presented to engender healthy competition, buy-in, and engagement from each athlete.
